Our
products are supplied on the following terms:
Price:
Our current prices are displayed on the product details page.
We reserve the right to vary the price list from time to time.
All prices are shown in NZ$. Previously advertised prices are
superseded by those displayed on this website. Your order will
not be processed until payment is received in full.
Delivery
Costs for New Zealand Customers:
Our standard delivery charge is $3. Item in stock are usually
despatched the same day they are ordered, provided orders are
received by 1:00pm. Any offshore postage is calculated according
to size of package. International parcels are sent using standard
airmail delivery.
Payment:
We accept payment via bank deposit, cheque or internet banking
only. After an order has been submitted we will send you an email
confirming that order and will provide banking details at that
point in time.
Out
of stock item:
If your order is out of stock we will advise you immediately and
will advise you of your expected delivery time. You are most welcome
to chose and alternative product or cancel your order if you so
wish.
Returns
and Refunds:
Should your items need returning we will refund your purchase
price given the stock is in its original packaging and that that
packaging and the product are in tact - within 10 days of our
postage receipt. Any returns postage costs are at the expense
of the customer. This only applies to standard stock items - it
does not apply to custom made items. Faulty items can be returned
by customer for replacement or store credit.
Privacy:
We are committed to ensure your privacy. Information is collected
at the time of sale in order to complete the sale and deliver
items only. We will not give your details to a third party. Your
details remain confidential.
Use:
toe-G is sold as a novelty item only. This product is not suitable
for children under 36 months of age. Warning: toe-G contains small
parts that could be hazardous if swallowed.
Lost
Parcel:
We send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Please
contact us within 7 days of the date if your parcel has not been
received so that we can lodge an enquiry with the postal and courier
service. We do not issue replacements for items that are lost
in the post, unit after the investigation and claim is completed
by NZ Post and NZ Couriers.
Property:
This website design, layout,logo,colours, pictures, graphics,
text, writing, product design and photographs remain the property
of Boutique Blooms Limited and may not be used without prior arrangement.
